Cyntech™ ηano-Emulsion

The nano-Emulsion Fuel System makes use of the Cyntech Emulsifier machine.
The technology of emulsify fuel and water, which has been developed by Cynergi's R&D department, uses a special high speed mixer with ultra thin shear rotor and hydrodynamic cavitation. The result is a mixture of fuel (Heavy oil, diesel, kerosene etc.) with water combined with emulsifying and stabilizing additives, using nanotechnology.

This technology creates homogeneously dispersed nano-sized water particles enclosed within a drop of oil, when nano-emulsion fuel is sprayed into a combustion chamber operating at a high temperature, the water component of the fuel expands in a micro explosion because of the sudden temperature rise, which then separates the oil surrounding the water drops into minute particles and diffuses them.


As a result, the surface area of combustible-air increases considerably, which leads to more efficient fuel combustion.


As the oxidized particles of the superheated vapor are very small, the reaction takes place instantaneously and smoothly. As a result, combustion is more efficient compared to conventional systems which deploy micro-sized water particles.
This reduces the fuel consumption as well as the amount of nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide produced into the air, without compromising the output of the existing engines, genset, boilers, furnaces etc.
